Xavier Wargnier
Co-founder & President
Serial entrepreneur, Xavier is the glue that holds the team together. He is undoubtedly also the most aesthetic and demanding member of the group. He is passionate about beautiful machines (Triumph, Morgan, Defender, Riva, etc.) as well as the world of beautiful things and unique objects. Every day, he tries to put his favourite hashtag #paslesplusmalheureux (not the unhappiest) into practice. Xavier is also the creator of a leading event, ‘Les Sommets du Digital’ (Digital Summits), and a publishing house, Editions Kawa.

Guillaume Monsigny
Co-founder & Designer
Guillaume, an industrial designer, is passionate about beautiful mechanics. He has developed expertise in creating elegant products with a neo-retro style.
He is deeply committed to quality and French manufacturing. Drawing on his experience, he puts his expertise to work creating innovative and attractive vehicles, paying meticulous attention to materials and details.
Each project is designed with passion, combining creativity and functionality to offer exceptional products.

Michel Dos Santos
Sales Manager
A passionate and committed entrepreneur, I see myself as a ‘modern alchemist’, an architect of change who co-creates and transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary; an altruist, a troublemaker. My raison d’être came about after my body spoke to me and said ‘stop!’ in the form of severe burnout. As a result, I now dedicate my life to supporting and helping individuals and companies to ‘develop their uniqueness while cultivating their authenticity.’ My quote: ‘Life is a challenge to be met, a happiness to be earned, an adventure to be attempted.’ – Mother Teresa –

Pierre Sauvageot
Production Manager
With an unusual background as a designer/engineer, Pierre cut his teeth at several shared mobility start-ups (Zoov and then Fifteen).
A true jack-of-all-trades with a keen eye for beautiful products, he is involved in every stage of a mobility product’s life cycle, from design to production.
An avid cyclist who rides every day for both transportation and exercise, Pierre combines his passion with his work to give his all.

Sandra Dal Moro
Accounting and Administrative Manager
As a company accountant, Sandra has spent most of her career in the automotive sector.
During her five years at ST Dupont, she discovered the luxury industry with its workshops dedicated to the production of exceptional items.
Through her passion for photography, she enjoys transforming ordinary objects into unique subjects or drawing attention to specific details using different shooting techniques. This is something that Ateliers HeritageBike has achieved perfectly with its bicycles.
Today, Sandra identifies with the values of Ateliers HeritageBike, both in terms of their Made in France status, the quality of their products and their environmental commitment.

Arthur Lehec
Workshop and After-Sales Service Manager
A true enthusiast of beautiful mechanics and user of all types of bikes (sports: mountain biking, road biking, cyclo-cross, gravel biking; utility: commuter bikes, cargo bikes), Arthur is a dedicated and perfectionist technician who brings his experience and knowledge of bikes, as well as his attention to detail, excellence and continuous improvement.
After 13 years at SCOTT Sports, joining Ateliers Heritage Bike is an exciting challenge, allowing him to align his values with those of the shortest possible manufacturing cycles and promote exceptional French craftsmanship.

Alexis Challier
Advice
A cycling enthusiast (BMX and mountain biking) since childhood, Alexis is an entrepreneur based between Switzerland and Haute-Savoie.
His training in mechanics naturally led him to specialise in various aspects of product manufacturing and construction.
He has managed several companies and developed several brands, including a premium wooden ski brand with a particular focus on detail and technology.
He joined the Ateliers HeritageBike adventure because it makes sense to him and brings his expert eye to the team every day. But to be honest, he still spends a lot of his time between the mountains and the sea, enjoying outdoor sports such as sailing, kitesurfing, foilboarding, skiing and, of course, cycling.

Stéphane Couchet
Photographer
‘Nothing is trivial, everything is important.’
Advertising photographer and director, Stéphane has been a well-known and respected figure in the world of high-end advertising photography since 1998. He is steeped in the culture of the major brands he accompanies on long-term projects.
Aware of the strategic challenges they face, he is well versed in the complex tasks they entail. His expertise lies in the care he takes with his clients, their history and their values, and the high technical quality of his work. In 2000, he set up his own studio, bringing together a team of creative professionals and his own production company, for the sole benefit of his clients, thereby breaking with convention and established practices.
He also works in cinema as a director of photography.
Today, after many years of international shoots and productions, Stéphane has returned to his native Alps to run one of the largest studios in the region, surrounded by nature in the heart of the Chartreuse park.
‘It’s a beautiful studio, a place of rigour and energy, where you can dream with your eyes open.’
Bringing all his high-quality expertise back to our area, our region, is what drives him today. He is passionate about beautiful cars and motorcycles and regattas.

Néphélie Baud
Event Manager
I have been very active in sports since I was young: mountain biking, climbing, hiking, horse riding. I quickly caught the competitive bug and, in this environment, I was able to get a foot in the door of the events industry. This led me to organise equestrian competitions, which allowed me to combine my passion for horses with my interest in this profession.
Interested in the luxury sector, I focused my studies in this direction with an International Bachelor’s degree in Luxury and Tourism. I then worked in private aviation as an operations agent.
It was during my studies and work experience that my attraction to high-end events was confirmed, and I naturally continued my career with a work-study Master’s degree in events at Ateliers HeritageBike.

La Panière now has 42 bakeries in the Rhône Alpes region, has just opened its first shop in Switzerland and employs 500 people.
In May 2022, La Panière became a company with a mission, formalising the social and environmental commitments that have guided it since its creation. Pascal is a member of the Entreprendre Savoie and APM networks, and is also helping his son Julien to set up and develop a bakery business in Paris.

A lover of gastronomy, wine and fine objects, it was only natural that he should be one of the first to buy a Heritage Origine, which Xavier delivered to him in 2021… on his birthday!
From customer to shareholder, it’s a wonderful story for Stéphane and Ateliers HertitageBike, who share the same values.

He shares the company’s values in terms of positive impact and this new way of looking at everyday travel, but with a vehicle that is both emotional and exceptional.

Jeremy Garamond
Partner
Jeremy is a self-taught entrepreneur. After 20 years in digital insurance brokerage (including the creation of AssurOne Group), he decided to invest in and actively support companies that meet the triptych of innovation / aesthetics / French (ADN Solutions, Ateliers Diva, les Hardis, Nomadism, Smatchy, La Tiny Bordelaise, Ateliers Heritage Bike).
A keen traveller, Jeremy loves photographing the world and witnessing beauty wherever it hides. At the same time, he naturally devoted himself to his passion for reportage photography, joining the Hans Lucas press agency and creating a new insurance solution for photo-reporters (Save Reporter).

Romain Meynet
Partner
Romain has turned his optimism into a way of life where ‘anything is possible’ goes hand in hand with determination.
For over 17 years, he has been putting his ideas to work for his customers in the energy and insulation sectors for the construction of industrial buildings. But what drives him most of all is sharing and living together.
After graduating from business school and starting his career in the oil industry, Romain returned to his native region to join the family group set up by his father and then taken over by his two brothers.
Passionate about his work and the people he meets, but also keen to discover new things, travelling is part of his life: a confirmed globetrotter, he loves bivouacs as much as fine hotels: an adaptability that he knows how to put to good use for his customers.

Laurent Hugues

Curious, entrepreneurial, an advocate of sideways steps and voyages of discovery, Laurent always has an eye to “further afield”, an idea for “what’s next…”. He loves people, the real, the sincere, the beautiful, and the stylish French mechanics (follow my lead! ).
Independent (free to make his own choices), he works with his French industrial clients and distributors in the building and civil engineering sector, on the themes of sales performance and (real) human relations, the kind that look each other in the eye, and have the courage to speak the truth and really listen.
A lover of the great outdoors, he now lives on the Basque-Landaise coast. But thanks to the human adventure of the Ateliers HeritageBike® team, he is still treading the steep slopes of the Aravis mountains, thinking… or cycling.

Marine Daniel
Partner
Marine, Managing Director of a social housing organisation, has spent 30 years working in the field of social housing, with a strong appetite for networking, with the aim of always helping the most vulnerable. A passionate woman, she finds it hard to resist over-investing in everything she does. As a member of the Annecy Altitude club, Xavier was an obvious choice from the outset. He reminded her of the “hamster that can’t stop running in its wheel” defect, with an ischaemic stroke in March 2021 and hemiplegia on the right.
Since then, she has been rebuilding her life, learning to be more reasonable but retaining her passion for beautiful things, her loyalty to her friends and her willingness to support projects that make sense to her. She may never be able to ride a product from the Ateliers HeritageBike, but taking part in this human adventure is a wonderful project in itself. The friendship she shares with Xavier, and the values that make sense, have encouraged her to take part in the adventure BUT in a sensible way ;-).
Her knowledge of managerial arcana and her pursuit of network building, now in the field of inclusion, could also be assets. In any case, we’ll be giving this start-up our unstinting support.

Clément Levassor
Partner
Passionate about sport from an early age, Clément is constantly seeking to relive these emotions through adventures where teamwork, trust and commitment are at the service of performance.
Investing in Atelier HeritageBike was an obvious choice: the design, worthy of a work of art, makes no concessions on performance, and the production and creation model is remarkable. Creating innovative, value-bearing products and offering a unique user experience is an exciting challenge for him.
With twenty years’ experience in sports brands, Clément is now Marketing Director for one of the market leaders in Germany and will be using his expertise to make Atelier HeritageBike a real success story.

Patrice Marcoux
Partner
With a technical background and working in an engineering design office for the deployment of equipment in the road sector, tunnels, motorways and towns, I am by nature attached to technology and its management.
I was seduced by the innovative concepts of the HeritageBike workshops and the enthusiasm of the people behind them.
I also enjoy the discreet art of enhancing flower beds and house exteriors with horseshoe sculptures.
I also enjoy hiking, mushroom picking and why not end the day by preparing a good dish accompanied by the right wine to match the flavours.
I’m also aware of the changes taking place in the world, both climatic and geopolitical, and I keep a close eye on current events and innovations, so that I can remain confident about the future and support future generations.

Having taken a step back, Eric is now keen to invest in projects that appeal to him and in which he can contribute his administrative and financial expertise.
He’s also a fan of beautiful German and Italian bikes, with which he regularly criss-crosses the Swiss and Italian Alps, and he’s aware of the environmental issues at stake. So joining the Ateliers HeritageBike adventure was an obvious choice for him.

I left this group in 1993 after operating 3 Intermarché stores in the Vaucluse (my father was one of the original founders of this group of around fifteen).
Then in 1994 I opened a small hypermarket under the Système U banner in Manosque.
In 2005, I sold the business and set up my own investment holding company. Since then I’ve been involved in a number of real estate transactions focused on commercial buildings, and now that I’m approaching 70, I’m enjoying life while remaining open to economic life and great stories like yours.

He has seen the increase in the number of people cycling every day and the development of facilities dedicated to cyclists as a driving force behind innovation by manufacturers.
He was won over by HeritageBike, which offered a relevant response to new cyclists looking for a beautiful bike that was easy to handle, safe, reliable, met their real needs and was made in France to the highest standards.
It’s going to be an exciting experience to have the partners involved in the roadmap for producing exceptional products.
Having long been aware of the importance of reducing our carbon footprint, Vincent is convinced that electric bikes are part of the solution.

He stepped down as Chairman of the Group in March 2024 to invest in and support start-up and business development projects via his personal holding company GNEXT.
With his passion for bikes and motorbikes and his experience of setting up and managing industrial companies, it was only natural that Christian should invest in the HeritageBike® Ateliers project.

Robin Ribiollet

Robin is the Chairman of an SME in the building and public works sector which covers the two Savoies regions, and whose business is centred on energy, electricity and IT.
For the past 10 years, it’s been commitment, challenges and teams that have motivated him on a daily basis, and that’s what he likes about the Ateliers HeritageBike® adventure, and about Xavier’s energy, the taste for human adventure that makes sense in practice.
He is driven by the strength of the collective, and the alignment of the teams which aims to reach a consensus in order to unite people in a common direction with the intention of having a demanding and quality customer experience.

Laurent Goyffon
Partner
As Operations Director of a company specialising in the maintenance and repair of gensets and internal combustion engines, I’m above all passionate about technology and customer service. My two boys are enduro mountain bikers, so I spend all year competing in national and international events in this discipline.
As a fan of beautiful concepts, I was seduced by the Ateliers HeritageBike® label, so I’m proud to make my contribution to this great Made in France adventure.

Laurent Meunier
Partner
With around 30 years’ experience in the production of automated medical analysis systems, I’m now Operations Manager in a young Roanne-based company specialising in biotechnology, IVD and biopharmaceuticals. A former amateur rugby player, I’m also a motorcyclist and a lover of fine mechanical engineering.
Committed to French know-how, to the re-industrialisation of my country and to the environment, I’m happy and proud to be part of the Ateliers HeritageBike® adventure.

Eric Bourdon
Partner
Eric Bourdon, Engineer and manager in the cement industry for a major French group with operations in several countries. In addition to the performance of the production sites, I’m also in charge of the Group’s environmental strategy. I’ve always had a passion for beautiful 2-wheeled machines, whatever the brand, with a clear preference for Harley Davidsons. I don’t ride to the level of my passion, but the time will come when I’ll be able to make up for it. The overall approach of the HeritageBike workshops appealed to me for many of the same reasons: beautiful machines, technique, environment and, above all, fun.

Jean-François Rouge
Partner
Jean-François has always been a keen mountain biker and cyclist, and now rides his own mountain bikes or fat bikes on the trails of the Haute-Savoie and Geneva regions.
After years as an IT specialist on the other side of the border, Jean-François decided to create his own brand of electric bikes with a wooden frame.
Since the start of his adventure and his first bike presented at the Strasbourg bike show, Jean-François has been in contact with Ateliers Héritages.
Joining the Héritage adventure is an opportunity to be even closer, it’s an opportunity to support made in France and beautiful bikes.
And above all, it’s a chance to talk about our bike projects.

Elsa Pinchinot

Elsa is an osteopath. She is very much a people person and is involved in an Association Agréée de Sécurité Civile where she is a volunteer first-aider. She is also involved in local community life.

Belgian by birth, an industrial engineer by training, he worked in brewing for some twenty years, first in Belgium and then in Switzerland. He then turned to premium mineral water for an SME in Valais.
