Why a fundraising ?

For more than six years, Ateliers HeritageBike has been bringing exceptionality to mobility. From the very beginning, we have designed exceptional electric bikes and motorcycles that are TRULY made in France. More precisely, we design, manufacture and assemble each model on French soil. Ultimately, our ambition is clear: to offer sustainable mobility that combines design, innovation and desirability.

Today, we are opening up our capital in the first quarter of 2024 in order to accelerate this momentum. Indeed, this fundraising marks a strategic milestone in our development. It aims to strengthen our industrial capacity and structure our commercial expansion. Furthermore, it will enable us to expand our reach both in France and internationally. We want to move faster. Above all, however, we want to go further by consolidating our position in the most premium segment of electric mobility.

Ateliers HeritageBike was born out of Xavier Wargnier and Guillaume Monsigny’s desire to shake up the status quo. Driven by a shared passion, and fully aware of environmental challenges, they imagined a distinctive brand. Based on the shores of Lake Annecy, they brought together fifteen partners who shared the same vision. Together, they transformed an intuition into an entrepreneurial reality. Over time, the brand asserted its identity and developed instantly recognisable models.

Our models combine neo-retro design, advanced technology, understated luxury and French craftsmanship. In particular, we incorporate major innovations such as PERS technology on selected models. Consequently, we deliver a smoother and more intuitive riding experience. Moreover, we produce limited series to preserve rarity and quality.

Therefore, joining this adventure means investing in an ambitious French brand. It also means, supporting controlled and sustainable growth. Finally, it means contributing to the emergence of a premium player in European electric mobility.
