This month, Notre futur a de l’avenir sets out to discover Annecy, a city where life is good, and to meet Éric, Mathias, Sophie, Antoine, Philippe and Pierre, who are working to preserve our everyday lives. Sophie and Antoine find ways to get away from over-tourism and enjoy authentic sporting experiences. Mathias and Éric are reinventing paragliding by relaunching the 100% made in France technical fabrics industry. Philippe is trying to keep ancestral culinary traditions alive by reviving the last canning factory in the Alps. Finally, Pierre is launching electronic pedals that could well revolutionise the use of bicycles and cars. Energy transition, decarbonisation of transport, circular economy, integration, social progress: more than ever, our regions have a role to play in the ecological and social transformation of our country.
